BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Each ticketed passenger is allowed free of charge two checked bags and only one carry-on bag plus one personal
item, such as a purse, briefcase, or laptop computer. The carry-on bag can measure up to 10" high, 17" wide, and
24" long (25 x 43 x 60 cm).
Items over size limits will be charged an excess baggage fee.
Items cannot exceed 62" or 157.5cm (length + height + width) limits.
Items over 80" or 203cm (length + height + width) will not be accepted.

Domestic U.S. Flights:
Items should not weigh more than 50 lbs. (approx. 22.5kg).
Items weighing between 51 and 100 lbs. (approx. 23 and 45 kg) will be charged an excess baggage fee.
Items over 100 lbs. (approx. 45kg) will not be accepted.

International Flights:
Items should not weigh more than 70 lbs. (31.5kg).
Items weighing between 70 and 100 lbs. (31.5 and 45kg) will be charged an excess baggage fee.
Items over 100 lbs. (45kg) will not be accepted.
Checked baggage allowances differ to destinations beyond the continental United States. Passengers are
encouraged to direct specific questions to the operating carrier and/or local government agency. This would
include, but is not limited to, information regarding quarantines, baggage allowances, and excess charges.

CHECK IN
To accommodate everyone wishing to travel on your flight, you must be checked-in and available to board at the
designated boarding gate at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure for domestic or international flights,
Failure to do so may cause the cancellation of reserved seats and cancellation of the entire reservation.

PICTURE ID
Picture identification, such as a driver's license or passport, is required to board the aircraft.  For Canada and
Mexico, proof of citizenship is required. A Notarized Letter of Consent for travel to/from Mexico or Canada is
necessary for children under 18 when not traveling with both legal parents.

DELAYED OR DAMAGED BAGS
Delayed or damaged bags should be reported in person to the Airlines or baggage office within 24 hours of arrival
time. Failure to report baggage mishandling of any type will result in a denial of compensation. It's important to
retain copies of your ticket, baggage claim check and any receipts you may have accumulated for expenses
incurred as a result of the mishandling.
